By using the services of The Dylusional Creative, you agree to the following terms. All work is custom and created with client input, and may not be reproduced or redistributed without prior written permission. We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate or offensive content. Timelines and deliverables are agreed upon per project basis.

Revision Policy

Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated in the project agreement. Additional revisions are billed at $30/hour and scheduled based on availability.

Payment Terms

A deposit may be required before project work begins. Final payment is due upon completion and prior to delivery of final files. Payments are collected through invoice-based credit card processing. Late payments may incur a 5% fee per week.
