At The Dylusional Creative, we take pride in delivering fresh, original, and high-quality design work. Due to the custom nature of our services, all payments are considered final once work has commenced.

However, we understand that creative projects are collaborative, and your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with the direction or outcome, we encourage open communication. We offer a revision process as outlined in our project agreement to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
 

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Work already completed or delivered

• Delays caused by lack of client communication or feedback

• Subjective dissatisfaction after project approval
