Intellectual Property Rights

All preliminary concepts and working files remain the property of The Dylusional Creative until final payment is received. Upon payment, final approved designs become the property of the client for use as outlined in the agreement. We reserve the right to display work in portfolios or promotional material unless otherwise agreed.
